Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & First Aid Certifications
Students are required to maintain CPR certification at BLS level and basic First Aid course while enrolled in the Program. CPR and First Aid courses are provided for all enrolled students during the first year of the OT Program.
DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Students are responsible for maintaining an Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card while enrolled in the Program.
Professional Membership
Students are responsible to maintain membership in their state (AZ) and national professional OT associations.
