In daily pharmacy practice, pharmacists encounter a variety of behavioral and ethical issues related to interactions with patients, providers and healthcare organizations. This course presents the principles underlying the dynamics of these constantly changing interactions to help future pharmacists better understand, predict and ultimately change the nature of their interactions with patients, other providers and healthcare organizations.
