The Osteopathic Teaching and Leadership Course is an experiential course that encompasses both learning community and practicum experiences. The learning community portion of the course introduces the students to the foundation of teaching and learning. The practicum portion includes a variety of experiential experiences, including teaching and table-training during OMM labs, physical diagnosis workshops, and ultrasound labs. Leadership opportunities will be offered to each student. This course should be the culmination of the student gaining and demonstrating the skills of teaching and leadership gained over the previous two years.
