ARIZONA CAMPUS — Student Housing

Midwestern University's Glendale campus offers on-campus apartment housing across two residential communities comprising 23 buildings, providing students with a comfortable and convenient living experience within steps of the academic campus.

Apartment Complex I (Buildings A–Q)

Buildings A through Q offer 426 apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment units across three floors. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen including a range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Buildings A through D feature complimentary shared laundry facilities. Buildings E through Q include an in-unit washer and dryer. Pet-friendly units are available in select buildings. Apartments are unfurnished.

Apartment Complex II (Buildings R–Y)

Buildings R through Y represent Midwestern University's newest residential community, delivered in Spring 2026. The community features eight two-story buildings, each offering 32 studio units, for a total of 256 units. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen including a range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Apartments are unfurnished.

ADA-accessible units are available throughout the campus housing communities. All residents have access to on-campus amenities, including a swimming pool, volleyball court, clubhouse, fitness center, children's play area, and barbecue areas for residents and their guests. High-speed internet and television packages are available as an optional service through a third-party provider.
